I'm a programmer and engineer with hands-on experience in production and procurement, and my purpose is to apply technical skills — programming, AI, and data analysis — to solve real problems across production and procurement roles, from dashboards and reporting to automation and custom systems.

About me
I am a production and procurement officer and a programmer and engineer, based in Melbourne. I've worked on both sides — inside production and procurement, and inside IT — and I build the software, dashboards, and automation that make operations and procurement work better.
That combination is the actual advantage. An IT person who has never worked in production and procurement does not know the real needs of the job — the approvals, the shortages, the numbers that actually matter day to day. A production and procurement officer who does not know IT cannot see what is possible, or even name what is missing. I have been both, so I see what neither one alone can see — including needs a production and procurement officer would not think to ask for, simply because they don't know a tool for it could exist. I know the problem and I have the tools to solve it, which is where the best solutions for productivity actually come from.
The work I am proudest of is solving problems most people would just live with — a report that took three hours redone as a dashboard that updates itself, an approval chain replaced with a system that flags only what actually needs a human, an AI agent that answers from a company's own documents instead of a fifty-tab spreadsheet. None of this needs a big IT budget — it needs someone who has done the job and knows exactly where the friction is.
Most production and procurement teams are stuck choosing between an IT department that doesn't understand their day-to-day, and no IT support at all. I keep the explanations plain, hand over tools the team can genuinely use themselves, and build nothing that only I can maintain.
